Invitation Letter

International FIMEC participants who require an official letter of invitation to support their visa application should send their request by filling in the 'Letter of Invitation Template' form available on this page.

Our team will only process requests received by e-mail at secretaria@fenac.com.br that include:

• Fully completed ''Letter of Invitation Template' application form (personal details, company details, passport number, accommodation details, city of the Embassy where the visa application will be submitted);

• company link and presentation to your website;

• a copy of the applicant's passport.

• certificate issued by the Chamber of Commerce attesting to the relevance of the company's business activity with regard to FIMEC's product sectors

If the request is evaluated positively, based on the data provided, only one Official Letter of Invitation will be issued within 72 hours. If you need a notarized letter of invitation, please inform us in the email, and they will be issued according to availability, with no guarantee of a deadline.
